Summary 0001174: No way to restore minimised window from treeview
Description With a single window open, once it's minimised there doesn't seem to be a way to restore it from the treeview (as the tv thinks it's still the active window).

Also, if the minimised window wasn't maximised, and you use the window->maximise item, the title of DMDirc changes despite the window being minimised.
