Summary 0001586: AED: Custom condition trees need to validate number of conditions
Description Condition trees may only refer to conditions that exist. Should be easy enough to pass an integer to the ConditionTreeValidator and recreate it when conditions are added/removed, then have the CTV check the condition number from the parsed tree
